1. Overview

Misk City is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of the users of its app and platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect and share your personal data, in line with Google Play and Apple App Store policies.

2. Data we collect

• Identity and contact data: full name, phone number, store name and address.
• Device data: device type and identifier, and the Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used to deliver order notifications.
• Purchase history: orders, cart contents and transaction history.

We do not collect precise device location, and we do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites or for advertising.

3. How we use your data

• Managing and verifying your account and purchasing eligibility.
• Preparing, shipping and delivering orders.
• Sending notifications about updates, offers and order status.
• Providing support and improving the app.

4. Sharing and security

We never sell your data. Only the necessary data is shared with:

• Delivery agents, to deliver your order.
• Our licensed payment gateway (Qi), when you choose to pay by card. We do not store your card details.
• Google Firebase, solely to deliver push notifications.

Passwords are encrypted, databases are protected, and all connections use SSL/TLS encryption.

5. Account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from within the app: Profile → Delete Account. Your account is deactivated immediately and your phone numbers, linked devices, notification tokens and carts are erased.

6. Children's privacy

The app is intended for merchants and store owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
